Team Formation Day
To be considered for a Junior/Youth Academy team register at manurewaafc.org.nz and attend the team formation day.
Please select your current age, teams will be based on age/ability once players are selected following these sessions.

Those selected for these teams will be notified the week of the 3rd of April, by email.
Fees: 2023
If selected to represent a Manurewa AFC Junior or Youth Academy this season, the cost to be involved for terms 2 & 3 will be as follows:

Grade 9 and 10 |
$530 per player (includes club fee of $130) |

Grade 11 and 12 |
$545 per player (includes club fee of $145) |

Grade 13 |
$550 per player (includes club fee of $150) |
Fees cover all training sessions for Terms 2 & 3 as well as the Winter Club registration and will be due by the 1st of May. These fees do not include training gear and tournament costs.
We maintain a strict policy of no payment, no play.

Junior and Youth Academy Programme for 2023
Manurewa AFC have established a Junior and Youth Academy programme to provide quality training for talented players in the Manurewa region (Wiri, Manurewa East, Homai, Clendon, Hillpark, Randwick Park, The Gardens, Rata Vine, Torara Heights, Manukau Heights and the coastal suburbs of Weymouth and Wattle Downs.
Our focus for this 2023 season is the 9th to 13th Grade teams. We will extend this each following year to include the 14th, 15th and 17th Grade to establish a Player Pathway from 9th through to 17th grade.
Teams are formed considering player potential, ability, commitment, and motivation to train and play more and play at the highest divisions possible under NRF.
Manurewa AFC Junior: U9-U12 Mixed
Players following the Junior pathway must be able to commit to two training sessions a week
Manurewa AFC Youth: U13
Players following the Youth pathway must be able to commit to three sessions a week
